User Agreement (Terms of Use)

Welcome to Maker Meet! This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions for using our platform. By signing up or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our platform.

1. User Responsibilities

1.1. Accurate Information

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy over time.

1.2. Professional Conduct

Users must behave professionally during meetings and interactions on the platform. Any form of discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

1.3. Prohibited Activities

• Recording, transferring, or sharing meeting content, including but not limited to date, time, and meeting room URLs, is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not use the platform for political, religious, or unlawful activities.

2. Payment and Subscription

2.1. No Refund Policy

Maker Meet does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

2.2. Subscription Types

Users may choose from available subscription packages. Access to features is contingent on the active status of the subscription.

2.3. Non-Payment

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of the user account.

3. Termination of Service

3.1. Misuse or Violation

Maker Meet reserves the right to terminate user accounts for misuse or violation of this Agreement, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed above.

3.2. No Liability

Termination due to user violations does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership

Maker Meet, operated on www.makermeet.me, is a product of FreshBeautyTech OU. FreshBeautyTech OU owns all intellectual property, including but not limited to platform branding, design, algorithms, and content. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

4.2. License

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purposes. This license does not grant ownership rights.

5. Content Sharing and Promotion

5.1. Consent Requirement

Users may only share or promote services/products during meetings with the explicit consent of all participants.

5.2. Prohibited Sharing

Recording, transferring, or sharing meeting details or content without consent is strictly prohibited. Such actions will be deemed misuse and may result in account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Service Scope

Maker Meet is a matching platform. We do not guarantee that meetings will occur, nor are we responsible for scheduling conflicts, missed meetings, or technical disruptions.

6.2. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Maker Meet against any claims arising from misuse or violation of this Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.

7.2. Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

8. Data and Privacy

8.1. Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and storage of personal data are governed by Maker Meet's Privacy Policy, available at www.makermeet.me/privacy-policy. By using the platform, users agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8.2. Data Usage

Users acknowledge that their data may be used for matching, analytics, notifications, newsletters, and feedback purposes as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8.3. Data Deletion

Users can request the removal of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to the Agreement

9.1. Modification Rights

Maker Meet reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time with reasonable prior notice.

9.2. User Notification

Users will be notified of changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
