It lets you log help given or received from your LinkedIn contacts, view their reputations, and contribute to their trustworthiness with votes. Built by Maker Meet, it's designed to strengthen your maker network.

It's simple! Install the Support Karma Chrome extension and log in with LinkedIn. Tag support (e.g., feedback or launch shares) from your LinkedIn contacts in chats. View and vote on the reputations of your contacts, helping you identify genuine makers and avoid bots or paid marketers.

You can only see and contribute to the reputations of people in your LinkedIn contact list. This keeps your network focused and trustworthy, ensuring you're collaborating with people you already know.

You can log any meaningful support, such as feedback on your projects, sharing your launches, or other collaborative efforts. When tagging a contact, you can specify the type of support and add optional notes.

Reputations are based on votes from your contacts. You can vote positively ('supported me') or negatively ('bot account' or 'paid marketer') on your LinkedIn contacts. The system calculates a reputation score, including: Support Count: Total positive votes. Bot Ratio: Percentage of positive votes vs. 'bot account' votes. Paid Marketer Ratio: Percentage of positive votes vs. 'paid marketer' votes. These metrics appear in a tooltip when you hover over a contact's profile.
